Matt Howell, Senior SEO Strategist

Matt joined JPL from CMI Media in Philadelphia. Over a five-year span, Matt advanced his career at CMI from senior search analyst to ultimately associate director, SEO. Previously, Matt was a performance marketing analyst at advertising and marketing agency Ferrara & Company in Princeton, which is now part of PureRED. He now focuses on growing JPL’s search practice and has developed customized search solutions for enterprise and Higher Ed clients. Matt is a graduate of Ursinus College, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science.

Ryan Pudloski, VP, Web/Interactive

 In his management role, Ryan oversees the development, functionality and quality assurance of each project. He’s also a hands-on leader who has architected and developed large internet applications utilizing a variety of technologies. A sought-after speaker, Ryan’s engagements include speaking at the 2019 eduWeb Digital Summit in Philadelphia. The topic of his session was “Superior Sites Begin with Superior Plans” Why Research-Driven Design Wins.”  Ryan holds a B.S. in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.

Jeanne Gosselin, Senior Consultant, Enrollment Management and Marketing

Jeanne came to PS&L with 20 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment, and enrollment marketing at varied institutions, including Hofstra University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, SUNY Cortland, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and Bay Path University. She holds a B.A. in English Communications from North Adams State College and an M.S. Ed. from Hofstra University. Jeanne consults with colleges across the country in the areas of enrollment development, enrollment management, and academic marketing.
