Case Study: PS&L Launches The New WBU.EDU

The goal of the redesign was to rework the 8-year-old legacy website into a branded, visually engaging, prospective student-centric website.

The project began with thorough research and discovery to help better understand both the needs of the site users and the University.

PS&L’s design work entailed a site and content audit, information architecture development, interface design, SEO strategy, html development and integration of the OmniUpdate CMS (content management system). Accessibility is critical to the University ­– we worked to ensure that the site met both 508 and WCAG 2.0 standards.

PS&L was hired in 2014 to first develop a media plan and a recruitment microsite, and then assume the role of the University’s Agency of Record. Enrollment grew by 393 students from 2015 to 2016. We look forward to the results and continued success as WBU’s enrollment marketing partner.
