Research and Testing

Combining information from web analytics, online research, and usability studies, we take the subjective out of web design and development.

Optimizing your website for functionality and addressing the needs of your constituencies is critical. To that end we don’t just stop with the initial research. We believe in testing your website throughout the process.

Focus Groups and Interviews
You have many different constituents and stakeholders (students, prospects, faculty, staff, and alumni) that use your website. Focus groups and individual interviews can provide you with a better understanding of their needs when they are on your website. We work with you to determine the set of questions and our recommendations are based on the information from these sessions

Online Surveys
Online surveys are an effective way to gather quantitative data that will help in determining redesign decisions, throughout the process. We determine, along with the school, the questions and the lists of constituents that we want to reach.

White Papers

"Absolutely fabulous. California community colleges like to hire local. For their web assessment and design, I would give Paskill Stapleton & Lord a 9. They would have gotten a 10 if they were local."

"They're always looking to improve, and improve, and improve. PS&L is well-respected on our campus and has earned that respect through collaboration with all of the key players."

"My compliments to Bill Hurlburt. He presented on the last day of training on a somewhat intimidating subject. His presentation was exceptional! His one-on-one work with the staff was very much appreciated as well. I know everyone gained a clearer understanding."

"We were happy with the new web site. We were happy with the process. They laid out a timeline with responsibilities spelled out for us and for them, and they stuck to it."
