David W. Black
Vice President, Market Research and Consulting
David has 20 years experience in educational marketing, enrollment management consulting, and staff development. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds an M.B.A. from Western New England College. As a Vice President at Paskill Stapleton & Lord, he leads our consulting and research teams and continues to work one-on-one with our college clients. He conducts and implements market research to support enrollment development initiatives and consults on enrollment management, marketing, organizational development, and collaborative team development.
Jeanne Gosselin

Jeanne has over 20 years experience in higher education administration. She has put her talents and knowledge to work in admissions, enrollment management, and marketing. Her in-depth experience covers a broad spectrum of issues pertaining to higher education including the expansion of existing programs, creation of new programs, market research, promotion, and extensive marketing. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Adams State College and a Master of Science in Education from Hofstra University. As a full-time senior consultant for Paskill Stapleton & Lord, Jeanne lends her expertise to our clients supporting and assisting educational institutions as they reach their goals.
