The Making of a Super Recruiter

The Making of a Super Recruiter | 2-day conference

Make Good Recruiters Great

“The Making of a Super Recruiter” PS&L’s two-day conference presented July 20-21 in Philadelphia was a success.
43 ambitious admissions recruiters from colleges and universities across the country traveled to Philadelphia for the conference to learn how to be the best.
“I can say in all honesty, this is one of the best conferences I’ve been to. It wasn’t dry and mundane. I found it energizing.” – Breanna Hall, Montana Tech of the University of Montana
PS&L enrollment marketing consultants led four workshop sessions: Turn Student Teams into Your Secret Weapon, Spark your Academic Sales, Project Management Styled for Higher Ed, and Nurturing Networks for Enrollment Success. Jim Paskill, PS&L’s President rounded out the schedule on day one by explaining the latest digital marketing trends and how they can be used in higher education. The entire workshop was geared for admissions recruiters seeking professional development to be leaders in their field.
PS&L’s guest speakers included Katy Ferrier, Director of Admissions from Millersville University, who gave a director’s perspective during the session, New Frontiers in Territory and Prospect Management. Kimberly Buster-Williams, Vice President of Enrollment Management from the University of Mary Washington inspired everyone with a keynote address about the recruitment profession.
Thanks everyone for spending two packed days with us in Philadelphia.
